• It is easy to handle; It is intuitive with an uncomplicated editing; It can be used collaboratively; It can be used with all levels of teaching in any subject; It also gives collaborators the chance of uploading links, pictures, videos and other documents; Its graphics and layout are very appealing.
• Sharing among collaborators is only possible on a desktop computer or on mobile devices that support flash player which is not the case of the iPads. The app for iPad is called SpiderScribe Jr. but its sharing options are limited.

Spiderscribe is a webtool that allows users to visualize ideas. Teachers and students  can create mind maps, timelines, and many other forms of visual organisation. It is created around a single concept, e.g. an image in the center of a blank landscape page, to which associated representations of ideas such as images, words and other material is added. It is a helpful and simple collaborative brainstorming tool where multiple users can work simultaneously.
