Brenda Walsh (B.Ed, Msc Educational Technologies ) has nearly 20 years of primary teaching experience including 3 years as english language teacher and 7 years as a special education teacher. She has worked in Ireland, Lesotho and South Africa. In addition for the past 7 years Brenda works as an ICT in education teacher trainer at The Education Centre, Tralee and for PDST (Professional Development Services for Teachers). Her work for the PDST also involved e-tutoring teachers and principals on the many aspects of digital learning. In the past she has been involved in a number of ICT projects such as MissionV pilot on game based learning in the classroom – pupils created a science project on a 3D virtual island, Computer Society of Ireland (CESI) pilot involving 30 iPods in the classroom and eTwinning projects.  Brenda is an executive member of CESI (Computers in Education Society of Ireland). Brenda is a director of Infocus Training and is responsible for course design and delivery.
